Terms and Conditions For Purchasing Our Services

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any services with us. Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Our Services Introduction.  

All services are provided by Team Pickleball Australia Pty Ltd trading as Kingston Pickleball Centre (‘the Centre’), Registered ABN Number 68679545629 Street address: 38/107 Wells Road, Chelsea Heights Vic 3196

If you are not ticked off and registered as attended, you are not eligible for any claims relating to any insurances or anything else that involves KPC or its owners.

If you are visitor or trades person to the centre and not ticked off and registered, you are not eligible for any claims relating to any insurances or anything else that involves KPC or its owners

 Payment •All payments for services must be paid in advance by cash or debit/credit card and are nonrefundable. Some special circumstances may apply. •The Centre only accepts Visa and MasterCard. •We use Stripe as our direct debit operator.

Re-enrolments are required to be paid within 3 days of invoices being sent. If payment is not received, you then risk losing your spot for the next term. Special circumstances may apply

Refund •If a refund for a class or term booking is processed at the discretion of management, then a minimum $15.00 cancellation fee will occur. The cancellation fee may also be waived after discussion with management.

 Credits •Any credits must be discussed and approved by management before being processed. Any credits acquired must be used by the following school term of the credit being issued.  Some special circumstances may apply, e.g. if you sustain a long-term injury.

Gift Vouchers •Gift vouchers can be purchased for any of our pickleball coaching or products. Vouchers are nonrefundable .

Extreme Heat • The Centre will suspend all services when the apparent temperature reaches above 36 degrees Celsius as measured by the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology.

  • A cancellation email message will be sent to all players/parents/guardians who are registered for services to notify them that play is suspended with as much notice as possible before the scheduled class time. Play will be suspended until the temperature reaches below 36 degrees Celsius.
  • Makeup classes or rescheduling of services will be provided for any sessions cancelled by KPC.
  • No cash refunds or credits will be given for extreme heat policy cancellations. Participants are to contact staff at KPC to organize a make-up session.

Clothing and footwear • Please wear appropriate sportswear • Wear specific sport shoes for support and grip and make sure they are non-marking.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
  • In some circumstances, make-ups can be carried over into our holiday camps/group classes. This will be at the discretion of management.
  • No group sessions can be carried over or credited to the following term. Private lessons may be an exception if discussed with management.

 Facility Rental & Court Hire • All court hire fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • All cancellations within 24 hours of court booking will be charged in full .
  • If courts are unplayable the booking can be moved to another time.
  • Members must have an up-to-date paid account to receive the discounted rate.
  • The player who is enrolled in the term class must be the one playing on the court.
  • Only 2 hours of court time per day at a discounted rate. Additional court hire time is charged at standard prices.

 Private Lessons • All cancellations within 24 hours of lesson will be subject to full charge.

  • Lessons can be rescheduled if management receives at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Semi -private lessons (2 people) – no credit or makeup lessons can be provided for an individual that is unable to attend.

Holiday Pickleball Clinics • Clinic sessions can be rescheduled if management receives at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If a player cannot attend an alternative day in the current holiday period, then a credit will be applied for the next holiday period.

 Lost Property • Unclaimed lost property and items left around the centre will be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks.

  • Every two weeks we will clear lost property and items will be donated to charity. KPC accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen or left at the centre. Instagram & Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions • These competitions are managed by the PR & Marketing team at KPC. • All employees currently working at the Centre, are not eligible to win any competitions.
